Washing is made by mean of a stainless steel spray bar positioned in front of the cabin. The operator, from the seat, can adjust the bar to any position in order to adapt the street washer to any working condition.

The Dulevo 200 Hydro is also equipped with a hand spray gun to reach difficult areas or to clean walls. The spray gun can be used for, up to 18 metres away from the street washer

Suction unit
The suction is provided by two by-pass motors, using carbon brushes, operated by independent switches and placed inside a sturdy steel casing . The motor head is filled with noise reducing material, in order to limit as much as possible the level of noise, and designed in order to convey the exhaust air towards the ground, so as not to bother the user and not to raise possible dust in the neighbouring area. The control board includes the three independent switches and a vacuum indicator, useful to detect possible clogging of the filter. Two handles placed on the sides enable an easy lifting and removal of the motor head, for possible inspection or replacement of the underlying filter.

Filter unit
The filter is placed and protected inside the steel filter chamber; the polyester star filter provides a filter surface of 20.000 cm2, and high filtration efficiency (class L, 3 micron). A cyclone welded inside the filter chamber conveys most of the dust directly in the container, and protects the filter from cutting or tearing.

Mobile, compact and powerful, the vacuum cleaner TECNOIL is the ideal machine to suck up liquid (oil or coolant) mixed
with metal chips, separate the oil from the chips and recover the oil thanks to a powerful electric pump.

The suction is provided by three by-pass 2 stage motors, placed inside a sturdy steel casing and providing high depression
(max 230 mbar) and operated by independent switches. A vacuum indicator is installed in order to detect possible clogging
or anomalies in the suction; the motor head is protected from liquid and solid material through a nylon filter and a floating
device, automatically stopping the suction when the liquid fills up the container.

A metal sieve grid (40 litres capacity) withholds the solid material (chips and metal parts ), while the clean oil goes into the
lower container (capacity 250 litres). A polypropylene filter (efficiency 300 micron) enables a further and finer filtration of
the liquid.

It is then possible to pump it out rapidly, through a powerful electric pump (300 litres per minute, fitted with a 2 mt. discharge
oil proof hose fitted with a gun and valve.

The collection tank is made of polyester coated steel, and has a slanted shape in order to secure complete disposal of the
liquid inside; two baskets provide a support for tools and hoses when not used, and a bolted panel enables easy cleaning of
the collection tank.

The vacuum cleaner is mounted on a solid steel trolley with two baskets for accessories, equipped with braking and
turning wheels

All metal parts of the vacuum are electrically grounded and made conductive, in order to avoid sparks from static energy.
